I went back to watching #backtothefrontier because I never finished it. I am so surprised this show (funded by magnolia) features a gay couple. It told the history of gay couples homesteading. In episode 7 it features native Americans teaching ways of preserving meat.
I love watching shows like #BackToTheFrontier.
Drop me off in the middle of wherever with a few farmable acres and a water source and I’m confident I could make it. It’s actually the dream.
Well, the dream is a whole homestead with all the modern conveniences. And chickens.

Joe saw the WHOLE thing. It was a known thing. But it was portrayed like it was a cat fight between the wives which almost had Stacy looking like a bad guy. I wonder if Lina ever found out it was her husband's doing in the first place.

It could have been one day we do your harvest, next day we do yours so on and so forth. For this work trading would have been better and everyone could have eaten better, with milk and eggs etc not mention when all the meat finally came in #BackToTheFrontier
