So, someone rang me from the hospital.

It was one of those calls where the person loyally repeats the corporate line but you're not convinced.

I now know which waiting list this is for - and I already have an appointment so, I just need to keep replying 'yes'.

I responded with the 'unsure' option.

A week later, I've recipe exactly the same message (with a different link).

My answer was, of course, the same.

I'm beginning to think that they are going to keep re-sending these messages until I say that I don’t need the appointment.
