Okay we are at the easy part. All of my components — aside from the streusel topping and whipped cream — are made and chilling. Just have to bake the crust and assemble. #bakesgiving

My pie crust is resting and I’m moving onto the roasted pumpkin ganache. This pie crust felt a little wet? Hoping I didn’t add too much water. (I dusted some flour on on the outside so it didn’t stick.)
