#BaltimoreCo Gov admits extreme amount of land limited by the URDL to conservation, agriculture & very low density use is a barrier to needed housing. So why would Councilmen Izzy Patoka & Mike Ertel vote w/ Marks & Kach to set the URDL in stone? Their constituents dont live inside the URDL?
Progressive environmentalists dont let friends support the #BaltimoreCo URDL & cementing 1960 style redlining in the County’s Charter. There is nothing green or equitable about allowing the top 10% to sprawl beyond the URDL in McMansions on septic, leaching nitrogen into the streams & watershed. 1/

What to notice here: The small number of apts built in #BaltimoreCo. Even fewer than smaller HarfordCo. Yet County Council caved to false claims by NIMBYs that apt development must be stopped because of “school overcrowding.” Shameless.
Why is #BaltimoreCo going to absorb the morally and fiscally corrupt “leaders” of #BaltimoreCity …oh right Baltimore County is one of the most corrupt in MD.
