The fundamental question one should ask is, why doesn't the government fear the people before bringing such bills? It's because elections are won through EVMs, not by people's mandate.

I may be non-partisan, but all my family members and relatives are from BJP. I don't care which party forms the government, but people must have the ability to remove them from power if they harm the public. All political parties must fear the public.

In 3 terms (15 years), R$$ has put its men in every level of the Union Govt and Judiciary.
