I'm in Detroit to visit family and run the 'Run the 313 5k' on Saturday morning. This was greatly needed because stiffness was lingering in my body. How unique is it that 3.13 (Detroit area code) is about the equivalent of a 5k? 🤔😎 #rumning #bandshell
