I'm inclined to agree with #BarbaraHonegger (former #Reagan cabinet member, starts 43:10), the U.S. should have been broken up into Articles of Confederation. Now they'll do it on "their" terms, like #Russia during #BorisYeltsin #BlueMaga #ICE #DHS #Iowa #Kansas #Missouri
