AI pirated our books on network security and cryptography: we're up for Bartz v. Anthropic Describes the Bartz v. Anthropic lawsuit settlement and lists books by the Cobbs that may be included in the compensation scheme.

Something I wrote a few weeks ago about AI and IP, including the weirdness of a multi-billion dollar tech company sucking up 7 million paper books scanned into .pdfs by heavens-knows-who, then using it to fuel AI, without permission.
