I'm going on vacation soon and bringing my paints with me, so I'm going to try to paint another wave of #battlemechs.
I've got a lot of boyos this time: a Vulcan, a Cicada, a Marauder (FINALLY), a Dervish, a Clint, an Ostroc, a Merlin, a Charger, a Chameleon, and a Hermes.

This year I've decided to lean into Battletech properly. Starting with my first 2 'Mechs from the Game of Armoured Combat boxset. Not 100% finished, I still have to add decals (that haven't arrived yet...), varnish and tiny static grass.

A Starslayer battlemech with a large laser that curves noticeably to the side
A Marauder II battlemech with a mold line that cuts across the cockpit glass and ruins all the detail
Starting my next five #battlemechs and two of them need some workshopping out of the box.
The Starslayer's arm laser is noticeably bent and the Marauder II's mold lines are so bad that the fresh, undamaged Force Pack ended up in the "dings and dents" section of the store. (great value, bad quality)

The scriptwork has started. I'm really happy with the opening so far. It may not be perfect, and its base may be... bad but the #Fireball does definitely have some incredible loadouts. Definitely one of the cooler #Battlemechs from 3055. And there are tons.
