In Outer Limsa Lominsa's Camp Overlook, wearing the newest "Seneschal Prince" Glamour that's awarded for the Seasonal Event, "Little Ladies' Day"(which I'm guessing represents the RL holiday "Hinamatsuri" or "Girls Day" in Japan celebrated under the same date).
