This is the Betaroba version from the Dev Artbook on previous concept designs- where she's more 'evil'. Ceroba is laughing with 'Ho Ho's' with the back of her hand near her mouth (Noblewoman's Laughter trope). Ceroba is wearing a white kimono with gold trimming and a fishnet underlayer, with a red tied sash to a longer bottom red dress section. Her pancakified daughter Kanako is sticking her tongue out like a cute derp blep. Two credit texts of Snoutless the Artist appear on the piece by the roba's shoulders.
