The mother, Leandra, whom the twins Bethany and Carver resembled very closely and conversely Leandra looked much like Bethany when she was young. The aged-up Bethany has distinct features from her mother as depicted here, especially the overall slimming of roundness but the jawline filling out a little, the hint of nasolabial folds, and the eyes appearing to sink a touch. The vest has a low collar fastened with a short clasp, and it features a laced pattern both at the back and front. The front is not open; instead it lowers to a point with slightly sturdier leather and padding construction suggesting a degree of protection for the entire abdomen.
