Open window on a Dublin Bus which folds inwards. Both ends of the window are open. It's raining outside. Rain is dripping inwards and as the bus moves along it means the rain blows inwards onto passengers sitting behind the window.
The design of the windows means rain often enters the bus, only falling onto the people *behind* the person who opens the window - often resulting in frustration or anger.
