It’s not easy in a racing, busy world, with all we each carry, to be in a place where we can #BeWith others suffering. I love how she says this is how ‘we’re going to survive with dignity’. It can be even more difficult being with those in extreme distress, but so needed #stigma

It’s hard to #BeWith the knowing of grief & loss as infinite; intricate. But to accept this allows calm within me. I cannot always find this. But I’m just human!

And it’s been trustworthy ppl, connection with others, the world, myself, at the core of my healing. So #thankful for being seen & heard. For rupture & repair. Those willing to brave the oft misunderstood responses to trauma. To #BeWith. Courage to bear witness @DeirdreMc_Kenna
