These are all characters that appear in the #BhaluAdventures Comic Issue #2 I'm working on now with @mystik-rebel.bsky.social and @lightamatch.bsky.social

Meet the Cast Young Bhalu is the hero of this story. He's been traveling through desert land for some time and appears to be badly wounded. Just as it seems his story might end before it really begins, he lucks out with help from.... Salila the Sage of Sacred Waters: She is one of Seven Sages from a Legendary Hidden Kingdom. Salila carries a special kind of blessed water that can revive even those on the brink of death. The drink is known as Soma. What is it that makes the water from this place so unique? Satish the Forest Sage: might know. He appears to be the oldest and wisest of the Seven Sages. Satish also takes care of the Hidden Kingdom's crops, horticulture, irrigation, herb gardens and trees. For someone as elderly as he is he sure has a lot of energy. He's rarely at rest except to meditate. Getting a moment of his time is rare. Perhaps it would be easier to try getting an audience with...

Narada the Sage of Songs: He may look like the youngest of the Sages, but supposedly he's been around longer then any other resident of the Hidden Kingdom. Perhaps he can tell our hero, Bhalu, more about this mysterious place where he's lived for so long and what makes the water there so special. 💧 Fidelma the Sage of Sacred Sight, and her beloved husband and closest friend Allanor the Sage of Sacred Symbols could help enlighten us as well. They're both known to love their roles as educators of science, philosophy and history in the Hidden Kingdom. Surely they know what it is that makes the waters so refreshing. Xiandou the Sage of Sacred Motions and Naga Paresh the Sage of Sacred Fire are usually too busy training in a variety of martial arts and meditation techniques to answer questions. They are both big on maintaining a healthy diet, though. So, maybe they'd know what the properties are that makes Soma Water so restorative.
