My 37 year old daughter & her two daughters, ages 7 and 9 are #BirthrightCitizens; her father, an Afghani man, is a legally residing alien (possibly a citizen now, haven't kept track since our divorce).
I worry that HHS (health), IRS (tax), SSA (work) records are now tracking them down.
