GOOD Party Councillor Siya Mamkeli and a GOOD Activist responded to a complaint in Bishop Lavis, Ward 42. The Water and Sanitation Department lifted the tar to fix a burst water pipe but failed to repair the surface, leaving the area unsafe and unsightly.
