So after 27 years of being misdiagnosed I was given the diagnosis of BPD on Wednesday. I wish I had known this in my teens when DBT would have been useful. I had to learn how to manage all on my own while therapists celebrated how “strong” I was 🙄 #Blacksky #BPD #BlackBPD #nativesky
