I regularly do so to prevent the almost instant migraine they will cause me. However, it has been brought to my attention that when doing so, the owner's of these headlights have the brightness reflected back to them.

If the vehicle following you at night has those bright as F🦆 headlights, do NOT adjust your sideview mirrors so that the light is no longer shining in your eyes.
