People that are eligible for the trial will be randomly split into two groups: The 'immediate start' group will be assessed as suitable for blockers and given them upon recommendation for them. The 'delayed start' group will be assessed as suitable for blockers and then will wait a year before being given access to them. There will be a "non-treatment" group made up of people who weren't eligible for the trial or didn't want access to blockers. More info at transactual.org.uk
