Police car crashed at Deansgate Interchange
Scene of motor vehicle collision at Cheapside/Market St. in Bradford. Tape, cones. Damage to a wall. Oil spill. Big concrete blocks (decorative bollards) pushed out of place along the pavement.
Terrific. Pedestrian and cycle infrastructure "encroached upon" in Bradford this morning. This will almost certainly have been a "single vehicle collision". Those concrete blocks have been bulldozed 20m from where they should be, protecting the pavement. #BloodyCyclists
