As most of the Fou empire designs where inspired on China, I thought that the clouds and frame on that style would be adequate.
What a good old game this is. It was such a shame what Capcom has done with the franchise. Anyway, here I am depicting the end of the end of the Fou Empire. Partially inspired on 'Emperor Rudolf I In The Battle Of Marchfeld', by Leopold Loeffler.
