FYI this may be of interest to some. Now they have to do a line-by-line review of those classified declarations--which themselves are just excerpts from the #BoltonBook--& justify their continued classification.

So I found one case where a TRO relying on FRCP 65 was addressed in a 1st Amendment prior restraint context. P&G v. Bankers Trust Co., 78 F.3d 219 (6th Cir. 1996).

Big surprise, the 6th Circuit held that the District Court wrongly granted the TRO. #BoltonBook
