2005: BONE (Scholastic print) This series was life-changing for me. Before this, comics were just three-panel gags or episodic, staple-bound pulps. It hadn't occurred to me that this medium could be used for longer, more intricate stories. To this day, BONE is the inspiration for me to someday make my own graphic novels.
