My 2025 Wrap-Up from StoryGraph. It shows my first (Honey Girl) & last (The Christmas Tree Farm) reads as well as the longest (Iron Flame) and shortest (Your Black Friend). There are some stats and an example of a 5 star read from the year (And So I Roar). I didn't realize there would be so much info so I think in 2026 I'm going to try rating all the books I read.

My book blanket needed 1 more square to even out the 9x11 square layout I was working on so I decided to make a rainbow one. This works because a) I love rainbows and b) LGBTQIA+ was my top tag for the year!

I've watched some Dance Mom's with my teen over the past year. After listening to Nia's book I think I might be done giving them my time. Nia was graceful in her story telling and I'm glad I was able to get her perspective.

I was so excited to finish the blanket that I forgot to take pics of some squares before attaching them! Oops.

19 squares of a 91 granny square blanket. It is sitting on our king bed and when they are all unfolded it covers it! The current arrangement is 3 rows and 6 columns with one extra above the 2nd column. Each square is uniquely its own. They each represent the cover of a book I read in 2025.

There is SO MUCH to this #BookBlanket2025 & the next photo will be the final reveal so for the November reads here's just a peek. The new squares are the 4 on the top right and the one in a row above. My husband and I are very excited to use this blanket this winter! #crochet #grannysquare

A king size bed nearly covered with a blanket made of all unmatching granny squares. Each square is 9 rows big but the colors/design of each one were picked to match a book cover. I had finished 78 books as of 9/30/25 so that's how many squares there currently are!

I finished attaching all the September book squares to this blanket with 11 hours to go in October! I'm afraid if I let myself fall behind the blanket will never be finished so...onward! This is 78 squares on a king size bed.
