A lot of the book fans also loved it. It had the same issues that many other book series adaptations, or re-makes have had, of a loud minority of what the #WotFandom calls #BookCLoaks.

ALSO, some takes are sexist: He has a problem with Egwene doing exactly what she wanted to do in the book & NO problem with Mat doing the exact same thing? Yeah, authors are not gods. #WheelofTime
