A white hand is holding the book Natural Beauty by Ling Ling Huang in hardcover. The cover has the title in large white font on top, followed by A Novel in small handwriting style white print, with the author name in large font again, but green, at the bottom. Below her name is a quote from Constance Wu, praising the book. The background is moss green, with a woman in front of it. She is Asian, from the context of the book since the main character is Asian, and her hair is dark. She has her head tilted up, facing the sky, with her right arm up and over her head, hiding her face and possibly holding her hair away from the camera. There is a design across the cover, with multicolored cones pointed down- some have a white liquid dripping from the bottoms, other appear to go into the skin of the woman.
