Blend banana and cream, chill. Make a double espresso, add a touch of caramel in and mix until the caramel is incorporated, add banana milk, add ice, stir well.

If you don’t want to go thru a whole oven baking thing on a busy morning, just slice the taters thin, blanche in boiling water for like 30 seconds to soften, let dry flat on a rack, & put them in the literal toaster.
