It's interesting how quickly the term "resident doctor" has been adopted in the UK and how we still de facto use the term SHO. #MedSky #BringBackSHO

There is no practical replacement for the term SHO unless you call it the F2/IMT/ACCS/CT/GPVTS/LED rota.

Hello #MedSky (particularly #UKMedSky but that hadn't really taken off). I have cat I would like to throw amongst the pigeons.

We should accept that the term "SHO" (or Senior House Officer) is never going to die.

Its a really useful term. Let's just get over it and accept it.
