We are shipping out sample boxes around the state for groups to monitor #OceanAcidification around #Alaska.
These boxes are for 2 projects: one studying glacial melt in the Gulf of Alaska and the other studying the king crab fishery in #BristolBay.

Thanx Rick. Can’t recall the last time we had the ice pack cross the #Bristolbay 25 years ago some friends rode their mountain bikes from Naknek to Dillingham then back a few days later. I used to put my airplane on skis on the 5NK pond by thanksgiving, that doesn’t happen anymore…

Four wheeler on the ice covered slightly muddy #Naknek beach with car sized icebergs here and there to race around on a mostly sunny afternoon. #mudsky
Office work went a lot faster, even got the invoices out, snow flurries off and on all day but the sun was fighting to come out and won about the time I was done: win-win.
Decided to gear up instead and go for a wheeler ride (aka 4x ATC) down to the beach.
