Ken Page-was an African-American actor who is widely known for voicing Oogie Boogie from the Disney animated feature The Nightmare Before Christmas and its various spin-offs and video games including Kingdom Hearts. He also acted in various movies and stage productions including All Dogs Go to Heaven, The Little Mermaid and Little Shop of Horrors.He also played Virgina Ham in the film version of Harvey Fierstein's Torch Song Trilogy...I also had an opportunty to met the legendary actor a couple of times,He would frequent a gaybar I worked at in the West Village on Christopher street (He was always a DIVA! but very nice when we spoke).
