Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes
The vegetabies look like roasted in a oven, but actually I didn’t roasted. I cooked the vegetables separately in a microwave and then sautéd them in a skillet until they were caramelized.

Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Brussels Sprouts
I added Brussels sprouts and sweet peppers to regular tomato sauce.
I also added some Hungarian hot paprika powder. The pasta is rigatoni.

Cream Stew is a Japanese style stew with bechamel sauce, but I used soy milk instead of milk.
