Kuwera (or Kubera), the god of wealth, as depicted in reliefs at the Candi Mendut temple in Central Java, Indonesia, built around 824 CE. The carved stone relief shows him as the husband of the goddess Hariti, and he is also known as a guardian of children and the king of the Yakshas. In Javanese culture, Kuwera is also a character in traditional wayang kulit (puppet shows).

Mahasiddha Jalandhara, also known as Jalandharipa, was one of the 84 Mahasiddhas in Indian Buddhism, renowned for his yogic attainments and teachings on the Hevajra Tantra. He is also revered in Hinduism as a founder of the Nath lineage. Jalandhara is depicted in art as a yogi, often standing on a tiger skin in a specific asana, and is associated with practices related to the central channel and Mahamudra realization. The use of the word "yoga" can be traced back to the Rig Veda, a collection of ritual hymns used to maintain order in the universe. But hymns and positions aren't the only things that make up this practice. The roots of yoga extend far back into ancient Indian history as a varied spiritual tradition with some practices you won't be able to find at your local yoga studio.

Dainichi Nyorai, also known as the Great Sun Buddha or Mahavairocana, is the central deity of Shingon Buddhism and East Asian Esoteric Buddhism. He is considered the supreme, primordial Buddha from whom the universe emanates, embodying wisdom, light, and the union of the spiritual and material realms. Dainichi is often depicted with the "wisdom fist" mudra, where the left index finger is clasped by the right hand, symbolizing the harmony of these two realms.
