A political flyer from a conservative group arguing against the vital and necessary redistricting in California, needed to fight against the authoritarian cheating by the GOP in Texas and other states, seeking to rig the 2026 Congressional elections for the GOP. The group is called "protect the voters first act" and their main donor is Charles Munger Jr, a right wing extremist who has contributed to conservative causes over the last 25 years, including opposing abortion rights and lgbtq+ rights. The flyer also appears to convey it has the backing of the League of Women Voters of California, which is false, and which prompted the League to issue a statement unequivocally denying any link with the flyer or the organization.

The League issued the statement to notify voters they were not connected to and did not endorse or approve a flyer sent by a conservative group fighting against California legislature's endorsed Proposition to perform redistricting to combat authoritarian GOP actions to rig the 2026 elections in Texas, and other states, for the GOP, with grossly gerrymandered districts intended to dilute and strip minority voters of just and fair representation.
