@publicvoit You are right that its so important to have encryption. Given the established ways of running https (with CAs) solutions like #LetsEncrypt were the most straight forward ones. It helped establishing things like #ACME and shorter cert-lifetimes.

Ich bin für solche Systeme wie SSL/TLS Client Zertifikate mit Verifizierung, ähnlich wie bei #CAcert Verifizierung, + Fido2/Passkeys Kombination wäre eine ein Top Altersnachweis.
Der Zertifikat Aussteller kann bereits eine Signierung für ü18 bekommen und wäre damit OK
Gosh... I just got a notification from #CAcert about they switching location to Germany... uhm... it was like almost 15 years when I toyed with it's WoT? Super cool concent for personal certificates but CA never got included anywhere so it kinda died out...
