To solve the #CAhousingcrisis we need to develop away from population centers. Prefabricated, equitable, approaching grid-neutral, designed with biourbanism in mind so we don't hit the "park in a city" dilemma of finding stillness. Ya know, requires trump's level of bullshit. Filing for new towns.

Just sent a furious letter to my state senator, Henry Stern, after his shameful vote against SB 79. Blocking housing in the San Fernando Valley during a housing crisis? Disgraceful. I won’t be voting for him again.
