The entry's text: MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the Plaintiffs' 69 Motion to Lift Stay and for an Indicative Ruling, and in view of the fact that the Defendants' brief on appeal is currently due on Tuesday, February 17, it is ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED IN PART and DEFERRED IN PART, as follows: The stay of proceedings is LIFTED as to the issues presented in the Plaintiffs' 69 Motion, including whether the record should be supplemented for purposes of the Defendants' pending appeal. The Court further issues the following INDICATIVE RULING: If this matter were remanded to this Court for a limited purpose, this Court would allow the parties to supplement the record to include the Declaration of Dottie Romo, Dkt. No. 66-1. The Plaintiffs' request for further discovery and to further supplement the record is DEFERRED pending a response from the Defendants, who shall file any such response no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on February 17, 2026.
