The parties shall submit briefs not to exceed fifteen pages each regarding (1) whether the disclosure of a termination action against an individual, as opposed to merely whether or not an agency employs her, is a Privacy Act violation; and (2) whether other information that Defendants allegedly disseminated originated from the agencies' system of records. The parties shall propose a briefing schedule that concludes briefing, including a reply, no later than May 15, 2026. The parties shall also reach out to the Courtroom Deputy (Chashawn_White@dcd.uscourts.gov) to schedule a hearing on this briefing the week of May 25, 2026 (excluding Memorial Day).
