I used agile before the #Russian invasion of #Ukraine,before prices went silly and these negative prices were regular.

Clean Power 2030 Action Plan This action plan sets out a pathway to a clean power system by 2030.

You appear to be unaware of Labours strategy for 95% Low carbon.
Labour policy , working hand in glove with Ofgem and national grid is zero carbon electricity by 2035, with most of the work done by 2030.
It exceeds green party easily and needs to be lauded.

-50Mw is the minimum size project for planning inspectorate/government permission.

Below 50Mw( soon to be changed to 100MW) , District councils decide .
