What I learned. In complaint response, #gdpr, and communication with #CambridgeCityCouncil I learned that this “reply at stage two” tactic is something that the lawyers use to dismiss strong legal complaints.

They complaint does several things. Gaslights complainers, councillors and the ombudmen.
