A landscape-oriented photo of (part of) a massive oak tree with giant, long limbs that branch into smaller and smaller ones toward the ends. A portion of the trunk is on the left side of the photo, and some of the longer branches are curving out from it. The one in the middle makes an arc, and the limb pointing out the back (away from us) is framed within it. The sky is clear and blue. Some treetops in the distance have sunlight reflecting on their topmost twigs on branches, which are almost invisible to us, otherwise.

This tree is massive.

A vertically oriented photograph of a tree in a park, on a sunny clear winter day. There are blue shadows cast by the tree trunk and branches, and there is a little bit of snow on the grass, churned up with animal tracks. There is another tall tree and a bunch of pine trees in the background. The sun is in the middle of the tree, but obscured behind a tree branch, so all one can see is a white glow.

After I left the cafe, I went to the park to walk in the snow and take pictures of trees.

It was sunny and chilly - downright perfect.
