Gwyn and Dal are so cute together. #StarTrekProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy #CelebrateProdigy #Animation #StarTrek
I just need to know what Dal's full backstory is. They can't just give us everything we've got so far and NOT finish it! #StarTrek #StarTrekProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy #Animation #CelebrateProdigy
Another beautiful day of telling the world how much I love #StarTrekProdigy #StarTrek #Animation #CelebrateProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy
The Vulcan Maj'El sitting in a chair in, looking back at someone off camera.
Murf, partly out of frame, playing with the cute and cuddly Bribble.
#StarTrekProdigy #CelebrateProdigy
Season 2 introduced two new characters that I already love: Maj'El and Bribble. If we manage to get more Prodigy in some form (season 3, movies, etc.), I would love to see more of these two, and their interactions with the rest of the crew.
A camp in fallout 76 that says "I love Star Trek Prodigy"
This is one of my favorite Fallout camps for a reason. #StarTrekProdigy #StarTrek #Animation #SavestarTrekProdigy #CelebrateProdigy
In all seriousness, we're not going to rest until #StarTrekProdigy gets what it deserves. We want more! #StarTrek #SaveStarTrekProdigy #Animation #CelebrateProdigy

Today is day TWO of our #CelebrateProdigy Summer-Of-Prodigy event! We're partying hard and letting the world know just how much more we want #StarTrekProdigy #StarTrek #SaveStarTrekProdigy #Animation
Honestly, a return to Murder Planet would be an epic episode for #StarTrekProdigy #StarTrek #Animation #CelebrateProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy
I'd love to see more #StarTrekProdigy because Rok Tahk deserves to be a badass scientist on screen! #StarTrek #SaveStarTrekProdigy Animation #CelebrateProdigy
Wesley Talking to Dal
Another reason to #SaveStarTrekProdigy is so that we can see all those wonderful and horrible things that Wesley was talking about! #StarTrek #Animation #CelebrateProdigy #StarTrekProdigy

We need more #StarTrekProdigy because we want to see these two again! #StarTrek #Animation #CelebrateProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy

For favorite Star Trek themes, there are many very strong contenders, and admittedly it can depend on what I feel like at the time. However, Prodigy's theme has become right up there for me, both with its main and extended versions.

One thing I love is that apparently the animation is about half the budget of similar animated shows, done during the height of Covid restrictions, and it still ended up looking as great as it does. And season 2 looks even more stunning IMO.
We want more #StarTrekProdigy because the creators, actors, and fans deserve to be treated better than what the numbskulls at @paramountplus.com have done to us all. #StarTrek #SaveStarTrekProdigy #Animation #CelebrateProdigy

Since Jankom hasn't had many chances to step outside his comedic role, that makes his more serious moments stand out more. One of my favorites in season 2 was him showing compassion and support to Zero when they're injured.
I remember how excited my family was when Hologram Janeway first showed up in #StarTrekProdigy - we want to see more because she's been so cool so far and still has even more potential. #StarTrek #Animation #CelebrateProdigy #SavestarTrekProdigy

One of the story threads I loved in season 1 was how Gwyn, who learned translation for the Diviner's plans, learned to use those skills for good, and to find her place among the crew, thanks to the help of Zero.
Murf, with mouth open and arms wrapped around himself.
Murf, in the air with a concerned look, and arms outstretched.
Murf shown from the back, with arms in a wavy shape. He's Admiral Janeway, Dr. Noum, Commander Tysess, and the Doctor. who don't look pleased (especially Noum).
The Prodigy kids standing in different poses in a hall, near a door. Murf in particular looks proud, with his hands on his hips.

One of my favorite bits with Murf in season 2: Him explaining what happened during the time travel, using nonsensical Murf-noises and exaggerated expressions, and then coming out looking proud of himself.
I'd love an entire episode of Zero and Maj'el in the holodeck playing that detective game. #StarTrekProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy #Animation #StarTrek #CelebrateProdigy
The first episodes of #StarTrekProdigy were what hooked me from the very start - everything from the way the characters' personalities bounced off each other, to the animation itself, is beautiful. #StarTrek #Animation #CelebrateProdigy #SaveStarTrekProdigy
One of the characters from #StarTrekProdigy that I can relate to most is Dal. He's so much like how I was at that age - constantly in survival mode - that I just want to see him thrive. #StarTrek #CelebrateProdigy #Animation #SaveStarTrekProdigy

The smallest Starfleet ship not to be considered a shuttle or runabout, the Protostar was the latest in a line of testbeds for faster-than-warp propulsion, following the Crossfield & Excelsiors, and contemporary to the Dauntless

Meg holding a painting in Uniform
Another reason to #SaveStarTrekProdigy - the show inspires great things. I spent 72 hours on this oil painting of the Protostar and was allowed by the art teacher to present it in uniform. #CelebrateProdigy #StarTrek #Animation #StarTrekProdigy
Another big #StarTrekProdigy theory is have is that the Vau N'akat neuroflux is what can protect them from the damage of Medusans - hence the diviner surviving after looking at Zero. #StarTrek #SaveStarTrekProdigy #Animation #CelebrateProdigy

So, some of the Prodigy fandom have come together and decided to dedicate today and tomorrow to celebrating this wonderful show. You can do it in any way you can think of - be it fan art, posts about the show, what the show means to you, etc.
