Please consider subscribing to get our weekly magazine: **TrendsJournal.com**_ * * * Philip Giraldi, the former CIA analyst, said U.S. President Donald Trump’s address to Congress on Tuesday was “devoid” of why Washington is still complicit in Ukraine’s war against Russia and the ongoing Israeli war crimes against “nearly all its neighbors on a daily basis.” Israel banned all humanitarian aid into Gaza on Sunday after Hamas refused to agree to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s vague plan to extend Phase 1 of the ceasefire instead of beginning Phase 2—as Israel tries to work out a way to get back the hostages while maintaining their troop presence inside the bombed out enclave. Netanyahu does not want Phase 2 of the ceasefire deal to begin because it calls for the IDF to pull troops from Gaza. Netanyahu said Sunday: “We have decided to block all entry of goods and supplies into Gaza. If Hamas continues to stand firm in its position and does not release our hostages, there will be further consequences.” Israel showed no interest in starting Phase 2 and has not held meetings with Hamas leadership about the second phase of the deal. The Israelis were supposed to begin negotiations about Phase 2 last month but never sent any delegations. “Now that [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu has decided to come up with some false assertions to break the [ceasefire] agreement, allowing him to continue his extermination of the Palestinian people, Trump as peacemaker seems to have disappeared without a trace even though the U.S. was in a sense a guarantor of the phased disengagement,” he posted on X. “Instead, Trump has doubled down on the side of Israel, issuing a ‘last warning’ to Hamas during direct negotiations with the group to release all of the hostages in Gaza immediately.” Already a paid subscriber? Graham called Zelensky’s meeting with Trump a “complete utter disaster.” He said he tried to soften up the Ukrainian before the meeting with Trump about the mineral deal. Graham said he was asked if he was embarrassed by Trump’s performance and said he was never as proud. Graham has been one of the biggest proponents of more weapons for Ukraine in Congress and has said “defeating Putin is priceless.” It is worth noting that Graham’s hatred for Russia runs deep and dates back to his interventions with now-deceased Sen. John McCain, and Victoria Nuland, who is the undersecretary of state for foreign affairs. In 2017, the two promoted war and Graham urged Ukrainian troops to ignore the Minsk Agreement: “Your fight is our fight.… 2017 will be the year of offense.” The Nation reported that McCain said, “I believe you will win.
