We compared the #distance between #predicted and #observed pocket #centroids (DCC) to the #overlap between pocket #residues. 15000 predictions presented high residue overlap at #DCC > 5Å.

The data suggested a 10-15Å threshold.

After thorough visual inspection we arrived at a threshold of 12Å.
