My partner has a load of Shortbread she got for Christmas and I can't even look at it because it's made with wheat.

I saw a video on Instagram saying that people with #gluten intolerance or #Ceoliac Disease can eat wheat bread if it's made properly, ie his way.
Load of BS.
Any amount of gluten is dangerous for someone with Coeliac Disease as it may trigger gut damage that may not show up as obvious symptoms.
Since I came out of hospital in June, I haven't been able to make this bread (👇). Keeps going flat or large voids. Today I've started experimenting with the ingredients and reduced the psyllium husk by half. See how it turns out.

I could do with a #Ceoliac alert dog (lactose and sugar too), but I'm not sure our aging foster dog is up for retraining.
Currently he alerts at anything food related, but that's his stomach talking.

Miss being able to have different types of pizza bases. This is one of the many things I miss being Coeliac but if I had to pick one I missed the most it would have to be the Chicago I think. 🍕
