Deep blue/purple, tubular flowers and eucalyptus-like rounded leaves with a tree trunk and some houses and garages in the background.
I love seeing plants growing in 'the unloved spaces'. This is apparently Blue shrimp plant, aka Pride of Gibraltar, 'Cerinthe major' so it's a garden escapee. It is growing on a small and very neglected square of grass verge. It was a new one on me!
