Koç Holding'den Çin atağı: Arçelik yeni döneme giriyor 1950'lerde Sovyet yardımıyla kurulan ve askeri radar sistemleri üretimiyle başlayan Changhong, günümüzde tüketici elektroniği ve beyaz eşya alanında küresel bir oyuncu konumunda.  Bu anlaşma kapsamında, Arçelik'e bağlı Grundig markasının belirli bölgelerdeki (Avrupa, Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu, Asya-Pasifik, Çin ve Rusya) seçili ürün gruplarının üretim, satış ve satış sonrası hizmet hakları, Changhong'un Hong Kong merkezli iştiraki Changhong International Holding'e lisanslandı.  3 YIL SÜREYLE GEÇERLİ OLACAK Sözleşme, 1 Ocak 2026'dan itibaren 3 yıl süreyle geçerli olacak ve satışlar üzerinden lisans bedeli ödemesi şeklinde işleyecek. Taraflar anlaşarak iki yıl uzatma opsiyonuna sahip.  Söz konusu işbirliği, Türkiye dışındaki pazarlara odaklanırken, Türkiye'deki Grundig faaliyetleri mevcut haliyle devam edecek.  Türkiye'nin lider beyaz eşya üreticisi Arçelik ile Asya'nın güçlü oyuncularından Changhong arasındaki bu stratejik lisans anlaşması, Grundig'in küresel ayak izini güçlendirecek.
