Last week was Race Equality Week and this year the theme was #ChangeNeedsAllOfUs. No matter who you are, where you work, or how much influence you think you have, you can make a difference.
This Race Equality Week, we completed the 5‑Day Challenge, exploring stereotyping, the bystander effect, communication styles and allyship. Each activity highlighted the everyday actions we can all take to build a fairer, more inclusive workplace.
