been enjoying this on Shudder! if you’re a fan of A Ghost Story for Christmas, this is in the same vein! episode 1 was just ok but episode 2 is sticking with me and was visually neat esp for a directorial debut!!!

Devouring on #Shudder lately & these two!!! Fréwaka (2024) is a folk horror fugue on grief, family, & lineage with BEAUtiful shots & powerful performances. & The Vourdalak (2024) which felt like a dark fairytale nightmare through a technicolor French New Wave lens.
