So folks in the hood don't lack empathy? I grew up on the south side of #Chiraq & saw a whole lot of missing empathy in places, especially among blacks for fellow blacks. That's STILL true today w/ their Mayor Wedgehead. Immutable characteristics like skin color are what keep some people apart.
